hi, friends! my name is malea and i’m so happy you’re here.

I am a lover of God and people. I love deep belly laughs, late night ice cream runs, and am either dressed up in black-tie attire or wearing Jordans — there is no in-between.

You can constantly find me with a vanilla latte with oat milk in hand, most likely taking a photo to capture the moment, sharing my affinity for babies or gushing about my family. If I were to embody a tv character it would be Jessica Day from New Girl because I’m constantly singing my sentences, yet put me on the set of Friday Night Lights because clear eyes, full hearts, can’t lose. I’m the easiest audience to have because I love cheering people on and will giggle at any dad joke you throw my way. If you turn on music, I can guarantee there will be a full-blown dance party, and if you turn on a Disney movie, you best believe I will become a Disney princess.

Over the 10+ years I’ve been in business and ministry, I’ve seen the absolute best of ministry where they are bringing countless people into the Kingdom. I’ve unfortunately also seen the extremely tough side as well, where a lack of systems and structure, care, and other variables lead to the “use and abuse” culture. My mission and vision is to equip Christian leaders with structures and systems that prioritize health, people, and their relationship with Jesus.
